I have an active Promotion campaign running for 15% off orders over $99.
I have over 150 items in this promotion and it has been running since November 5. In the past several weeks, I've received 3 complaints from customers on two different item numbers that the auto 15% discount is not applying to their purchase (who knows how many other customers have abandoned the purchase because the discount isn't applying?).
They are spending more than $99.
I checked the promotion and it's still active.
I called Ebay support and they said they are able to recreate the buyer's purchase and show that the promotion (discount) is applying.
Ebay...this is a serious issue. You did away with Markdown Manager and forced us to go to Promotions, and it doesn't work!
