1. Stop phone service on your old phone (reset/lock your phone first if you have that set-up).
2. Start service on a different phone (account verifications may use your phone).
3. Change passwords for ebay, email, bank and any accounts accessible on your old phone. With your active phone number and access to your accounts, thief may be able to lock you out of your accounts.
Immediately contact bank for bad transactions first as others recommend.
