Access Denied

could you please look into my issue?

I am getting access denied webpage everywhere on page http://www.ebay.com or https://www.ebay.com

Down in the post is an example of the error i am getting.

I've had this happen in the past.  The cause was due to my Internet Provider.  My IP address was directed to a server that was blocking that particular IP address.  As many Internet users are on Dynamic IP addresses (randomly assigned & changing), sometimes a bad one comes along and causes a problem.  I solved the issue by calling and having the IP address changed to a new one.  Eventually I switched to a Gateway which allowed me to set a Static IP address.
