Access Denied to eBay

Hi,

  Recently I frequently encountered this message "Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://www.ebay.com/" on this server.

Reference #18.3429af8b.1549566706.103188e4" when trying to view eBay pages.

This has never happened before until 2 days ago. I was wondering if it was caused by some new settings of network in eBay. Now I can come here posting this message because somehow the access denial was suddenly removed.

I would appreciate it if anyone can help figure this out or help reach any customer service in eBay to solve this problem.

I found an instance of a similar error message in another thread:

Looks like it was a network issue somewhere; changing the IP address bypassed the problem in that case.

Hi,

  Thanks for the message. I got reply from eBay Customer Service and they said there was not any problem of settings with their server.  Fortunately that problem has not occurred again in the last few days. Hopefully it is solved permanently.
