I cannot see the details of items I'm considering buying, because the screen disappears after a second or so. I tried scrolling to the bottom of the page, and it just keeps loading more entries. Clearly this is some updated code, and you've busted your site. Allowing this code to go into production is really inexcusable. Come on guys.

It's been happening for me too, and I don't have AdBlock Plus.

Do you have a different ad blocker? It is possible that the problem is with a particular subscription service or filter definition. Try temporarily disabling your ad blocker or try using a different browser that does not have that ad blocker installed.

This is happening to me as well. I've tried clearing cache and restarting the Chrome browser on three different computers and no descriptions displayed.

Found the cause. My ad blocker ABP was interfering with the descriptions. Turned it off and now all the descriptions are showing up on eBay.

This is not a solution. We sellers may be able to resolve it, but what about the millions of buyers getting frustrated when they cannot see the description or item specifics.

Only eBay or Ad Block Plus can fix the underlying issue. Report it to eBay or to Ad Block Plus.

I am a buyer who suddenly could not longer see "about this item."

I paused my AdBlock and now I can see the description again.

Very odd problem, and it took me quite a while to find this answer on the community site.

I couldn't find any answer in the ebay help section.

My entire screen goes white in safari constantly and I do not have an ad blocker. Ebay is the only site that does this and it's been much worse the past couple of months. Almost unworkable at times.

Try another browser to rule out a browser issue. If that works better, consider clearing your cache in Safari, and possibly manually deleting only your eBay cookies, or disabling browser extensions.

It's happening to me too.

I'm a buyer. I scan dozens of listings per day.

This started happening a week or so ago.

I use Firefox browser with automatic updates.

Correct, disabling ad-blockers is not an adequate solution.

I'm a buyer and if I cannot see a description I may not buy something I would otherwise buy.

I have already sent many messages to sellers telling them that their listing descriptions are not appearing.

eBay needs to fix this ASAP.

@dive6274  @dmcid  @hdod7267 @sunny50   You should report this to eBay even if turning off your adblocker fixes the issue.   Select the ? mark on the lower right of this page>  https://www.ebay.com/  then report a technical issue.  

eBay can't fix issues if they are not reported.
