Dear Ebay customer service Att to Authentification team , Order #
05-13105-36509
I am writing to formally request a revision of the decision made
regarding the authenticity of the bag I sold to a buyer, which was
recently flagged as counterfeit.
I want to clarify that the bag in question is 100% authentic. I have
always ensured transparency in my listings, and I disclosed that the
shoulder strap is from another original Gucci bag. I believe this may
have led to the misunderstanding.
To support my claim, I can provide all relevant receipts from the
original store where I purchased the bag, as well as evidence from my
credit card transactions. I am confident that this documentation will
verify the authenticity of the item.
I kindly ask for a reassessment of the decision, as this situation has
negatively impacted my seller account and customer feedback. I am
eager to resolve this matter promptly.
Thank you for your attention and understanding. I look forward to
hearing from you. If I will not from you within 3 business day I will
forward this complain to Ebay Headquater in San Jose, CA.
Best regards,

The change of the strap is the big problem here, not original with the bag, denied authentication. You are selling very expensive items a big draw for scam artistas.

This is not eBay customer service. This is a discussion forum for eBay buyers and sellers.
If you have an issue with the Authentication process you would need to contact eBay to one of the following.

That is a legit disqualification of the authentication process with the yellow strap.
It doesn't belong on that sold Gucci bag even though it might have came from another Gucci bag.
