I have 2 ebay accounts we use for our business. I have been using my paypal CC for the last at least 15 years to pay APM. On 1 account I started to get this Unable to verify Credit Card message. Now it is on both accounts. 10 different credit cards and 4 different computers with multiple browsers. It is an ebay payment glitch that they seem to be unable to or just don't want to fix. The workaround is just use paypal but it defaults to paying with our bank account as opposed to the credit card we have setup. Ebay passing the buck again. Screwing its sellers.
