Not a glitch.
Starting in August, Good Until Canceled listings will no longer roll over every 30 days. Instead, they will roll over on the same date as the original listing. A listing that started on January 10 will roll over on August 10, September 10, etc., which means that the time between its July rollover and its August rollover could be more than 30 or 31 days.

Seems like someone is trying to reinvent the wheel! For those sellers who can only list 250 items per month, this seems like next month will overloaded (over 250) with relists. I just ended & relisted many items to get rid of the older "Revision" dates. They now show 30-36 days to go. This doesn't help me at all. I realize it only applies to Relisted items, not items that just roll over at the end of the month. How about fixing real problems. I would like to see an "ADD NOTE" button in UNSOLD. I am having to individually edit each note. How about not allowing all the "Foreign Warehouses" to appear as if they are "USA sellers". They are not!!! They just sent all of their cheap stuff in bulk to the US & set up warehouses. The clothes are even wrongly sized. If you order an XL, you may get a child's XL. They are clogging up Ebay & costing all of the real US sellers sales. I know Ebay makes a lot of money from them, but they are chasing away everyone's customers. I have had a modest Ebay store for 14 years & sales have dropped so much that the only one making money from me is Ebay.
