2X7 USPS Label Printing Issue

I use USPS 2x7 labels for 99% of my items.  Recently had to use UPS for a large item and that must be a 4x6 label.  

Now, Im back to USPS and even though 2x7 is reselected, the label I receive when I purchase is a 4x6 label.

How do I fix this?

If you click "Print another label" (without completing that new label page), does that label page show 7"x2" under the Order details > Print format?

Maybe it didn't stick the first time.

The preview shows a 7x2 but the label I get is 4x6.

huh...have you done the usual and cleared your cache, etc and checked your printer settings?

I don't have other ideas sorry. Hopefully someone else will see this and be able to help - or repost this over on the Shipping board  - there are experienced users over there -

If you change to 4x6, does the preview change? If you then change it back to 7x2, does that do anything?

Just trying to throw out some ideas; no idea if that will do anything.

Yes ive swapped back and forth with change to the preview but no change to the actual label i receive.

Figured it out.  I had swapped to "QR code" for the UPS label.  Disabling the QR code solved my problem.
