I try to log in with 2FA turned on. It sends a 6-digit code to my phone, the correct phone number I provided. But when I enter that code I get an error message that something went wrong, try again. I have cleared the cache /history and tried again, but the code always sent to my phone never works. I also tried having the code sent to my email. It does go tot he correct email address, but the code does not work. I still get an error and no way to sign in to the account. If I click that I need help, I get an error saying try again later. I'm stuck at the login screen asking for verification code, which I get, but it does not accept. How can I get eBay to disable 2FA for that account? Or get around this?
For clarification, it is a different account to this one. I had to reate a new account, just to access the community since you can't email eBay directly about login issues. Great customer service.
