greetings Inkfrog, BigCommerce & Ebay Tech Support, I was instructed to contact customer support regarding an ongoing issue I am having with listings that were created / approved / scheduled / and successful launched on Ebay. In my listing library, folder name of 2018-19 Panini, there are approximately 228 listings that were generated between August 15 thru the 29th of August 2019. Currently 95% of the photos that were used to make those listings are gone, they are not there. Is it possible that you could review your process, discover what happened when they disappeared & how it happened at Inkfrog to determine if I should continue creating mew auctions only to have the same thing occur again. Again, these listings were all pre-approved, pre-scheduled, launched from Inkfrog onto Ebay and ran there course. They are unusable in there current format, your assistance in resolving this issue would be much appreciated. I currently have upwards of 8000 auctions on Inkfrog with 13+ years using Inkfrog. A non generic shift F4 response or frankly any real response would be appreciated. 21+ years on Ebay
