greetings Inkfrog, BigCommerce & Ebay Tech Support, I was instructed to contact customer support regarding an ongoing issue I am having with listings that were created / approved / scheduled / and successful launched on Ebay.
In my listing library, folder name of 2018-19 Panini, there are approximately 228 listings that were generated between August 15 thru the 29th of August 2019.
Currently 95% of the photos that were used to make those listings are gone, they are not there.
Is it possible that you could review your process, discover what happened when they disappeared & how it happened at Inkfrog to determine if I should continue creating mew auctions only to have the same thing occur again.
Again, these listings were all pre-approved, pre-scheduled, launched from Inkfrog onto Ebay and ran there course. They are unusable in there current format, your assistance in resolving this issue would be much appreciated.
I currently have upwards of 8000 auctions on Inkfrog with 13+ years using Inkfrog.
A non generic shift F4 response or frankly any real response would be appreciated.

If it was suggested you contact customer support, that is probably what you should do.
You do realize this is not a customer-support related feature, don't you? It is a peer-to-peer discussion board of community members just like you. Other than the occasional visit from an eBay staff member, people responding to your problem will be buyers and/or sellers--not eBay customer service employees.
