I’m trying to register for an eBay Developer Program account but my application was rejected without a clear explanation. I’ve now submitted the “My account registration was rejected” support form three separate times over the last X weeks, but I have not received any follow-up email or guidance on how to proceed.
Details:
I never received a rejection reason or next steps email from eBay Developer Program.
My business is a legitimate, registered e-commerce company selling physical inventory on eBay, Amazon, and Shopify.
I need API access to automate order retrieval, inventory syncing, and listing management for my own seller account.
I have not been able to move forward because I can’t get an answer from the Dev Program team.
Could someone from the eBay Developer team please confirm:
How I can get an actual response on my application status
What the specific requirements are for approval
Whether there’s a direct contact or escalation path for legitimate multi-channel sellers needing API access
