Hi all - I sold a lot of 2 shirts & one got damaged during prep for shipping. I'd like to cancel the order, issue a refund & send the undamaged shirt (as an apology). I know that I need to message the buyer to request agreement to cancel & how to refund, but that's about it. I've looked for a page that spells out the process, but can't seem to find one. Help?
