Not sure where to even begin looking for the mark  Japan?  Also, is lattice the right term for the perforated part?  Thank you for any help

It's an Arnart mark. They had a 5th Ave. address and imported mainly from Japan. The porcelainmarksandmore site dates this mark from 1957 to the early 2000s. Reticulated is a good descriptor for the rim.
