No makers markings; need help?

Hello, This is my first time here. This is a question for someone who knows more about glass than I. Has anyone come accross a glass one such as this? I'd like to know who made this and any additional info if possible. Thank you in advance.

How tall is this? Perfume or quart decanter?

Hello gabla, I just now see I have a response to my question.  I didn't recieve a notification for this, I'm sorry. I will be more involved in the vuture after submitting a question so as to not waste someones valuable time. It's 10 1/2" tall without the stopper in it so It's not perfume size. Yes, I would say Quart size.

I do not know who. If you use glass or pottery which ever it is in the title you get the right eyeballs easier.
