Need help with ID of colorful bird planter Please

I have a beautiful bird planter that I can not ID.  It is very colorful, bottom reminds me of Brush-McCoy but I haven't seen one like it.  It has no markings and Measures 5" tall by 6" long.  Any help is appreciated.

This one is Bird of Paradise, in the American Bisque book by Giacomini.
