Need Identification Help For Vtg Gothic Windows Pattern Cream & Sugar Table Set

Please help with maker name for this set.  Found some close to it like Riverside but none match the base of these.   Spooner measures 4 1/2" tall and sugar measures 6 1/2" with lid.  Also, oval dish came with set but it doesn't match.  Any suggestions on its maker?  Thank you for help.

Now for some help on identifying maker. I went through 179 pages of Worthpoint on similar items but no exact match although Riverside Empress was close.

The oval relish dish is U S glas CA 1904 Bullseye & Fan and doesn't belong to this set.

For glass like this a great place to start is http://www.eapgs.org/patterns/
Also letting us know where you have looked can help us not duplicate you efforts. With EAPG alone there are 25,000 patterns on the eapgs site.

Pattern resembles Beaumont Glass Company No. 103 (AKA: Duchess). Beaumont Glass Company (1895-1906), c. 1901 (later by Tygart Valley Glass Co.)

Note: Pattern has also has been attributed to Riverside Glass Works. Riverside Glass Works (1880-1899). National Glass Co. Factory #15 (1899-1904). Riverside Glass Company (1904-1907)

Thank you sooooo much for the detailed help. The closest I came to matching my set was Riverside Empress.
