Maker & Pattern are a MYSTERY! Help please?

I cannot identify this plate, either maker or pattern, any and all help is greatly appreciated.  Just point me in the right direction!  This is a salad plate size.

I don't have my book handy but you might look at Anniversay pattern in depression glass. Can't remember the maker.

No, Anniversary (by Jeannette Glass) is not this pattern, but thanks for the suggestion.
