China Dish Mark ID Help w. Gold Metal Stand

The G1076 scares me a little, but the blue mark is interesting, can anyone help ID the piecem it's all hand painted with a crown thingy in the center. Thanks bunches

Modern as in 1950s, it is a 1950s (early for) Sadek item with those marks and Gxxxx number.
