Jackie Jackie Clothing Label Help to Identfy Please

Hi--I found a colorful patched, mixed media long jacket.  The label says "Jackie Jackie".  Made in the USA, 100% rayon, etc.

I have looked all over but I can't find this brand anywhere.  I wondered if anyone had ever heard of it?
