You won't have a lot of direct dealings with Payoneer.  They are the money processor Ebay is using in their Managed Payment system for some countries.  Most if not all of your dealings will be with Ebay/MP.

@hiroshan57, you can read more about managed payments and Payoneer by starting on these links, and following links to other pages with more info. It seems pretty easy to use and well explained to me. You will be dealing with Payoneer a lot, because your payments are going to be deposited into your Payoneer account, rather than directly into your bank account as they do with sellers in the USA.
