what kind of payment methods can we use if the country you are in is not allowing you to have a paypal account ?

That's a very lucid question. Hopefully someone wise will come along... I'd like to know the correct answer, too.

If you need a good answer you need to provide good information. WHy don;t you say which country? Not everybody is willing to do a clicking exercise to find out that you are from Sri Lanka.

Are you asking to buy from  sellers in Sri Lanka or from the United States, for example. If the seller in US is in MP (managed payment) you can use credit cards Apple or Google Pay, debit cards and gift cards.

Not many seller are in MP so many still accept only Paypal. If you are trying to buy/sell in Sri Lanka only, you need to post your question at a local ebay board
