That would be credit card or other payment service.  Credit cards are more trouble in your country.  I would avoid gift cards.

Are you trying to purchase an item? Look in the listing. You will see the payment methods in the listing. Normally it will show PayPal, Visa or Mastercard debit or credit cards, Discover and Amex.

If you're wondering what methods you can offer in a listing you're  trying to put together you leave that up to eBay. eBay automatically puts the payment methods eBay  accepts from the buyer in the listing.
