I am not comfortable with the new changes. Why is it taking so long to get my money?

You are a new seller.  It is likely your money is being held for that reason.  Around 21 days or so.

As @mam98031 said, "new seller" status might be the case. 

Even though you have sold things in the past, because you have not sold anything in a while, eBay will often give you that "new seller" status and the payment is put on hold until your buyer gets their item and the sale has gone smoothly - no return requests etc...

Yes @hurryagain is correct.  If 90 days or more passes from a seller's last sale, they then qualify for this particular rule.

Unfortunately you will get used to it. It takes about 5 days full circle to get paid.
