I cannot find an direct answer these questions:
1. Is eBay keeping ANY portion of a payment if the buyer cancels the transaction before we ship?
2. Is eBay keeping ANY portion of a payment is the buyer returns an item?

1. 30 cents if cancelled properly.
2. Again 30 cents if return is done through ebay.
