This will push me off ebay i wont have a choice i cant afford this. I guess they need to change expected shipping instead of 5 days to 15 days to ship, awaiting ebay to manage your payment

If you choose not to ship until the buyer payment gets to your checking account you will need to adjust your handling time on the listing prior to buyer purchase.

Then the buyer will have to wait, then they will want refunds or to cancel...of course ebay refunds everything no matter what ....this will sink me. The payouts should be all day as the payments are processed...what was their development team thinking??? And 4 days for bznk to process what is that about..it wasnt like that before and my bank hasnt changed.

3-4 days is a generic message that eBay sends, as some banks/credit unions process slower than others.

My "payouts" are in my CU checking the next business day after "payout". YMMV

Even had some same day, but rare.

Do you have "payout failed" notifications???

If so, Monday AM it would be time to contact eBay to attempt resolution.

Re: managed payments

Paypal was an upgrade with the almost automatic payments but now we are back in the 1999s with the slow payments and no trust when you get the money... so that why people love paypal now... its not the change that mad people mad

So your telling me you think its ok for ebay to hang on to your money for a week before they transfer your money to you  WOW  ebay is really loving you also, i don't care how long mp been in the works it's new to me and every other seller who has to do it.  You may be ok with ebay using your money but i'm not!!!

Don't try reading between the lines of what I post, you'll likely be wrong as you are here.  I'm pretty good at stating what I mean, so just ask, don't assume stuff like this.

I did not address your concern in this post in my other post.  The subjected wasn't even hinted on.  I voluntarily opted into the Weekly deposits, so yes for me they are fine.  I prefer to only deal with 4-5 deposits a month into my bank account instead of Daily deposits.  So speaking for myself only, this option works just fine for me.

I respect that for others they prefer to have their money faster so they try to accomplish that with the Daily Deposits which are poorly named since they only happen on Business Days.  So because it takes incoming payments 1-2 days to clear before they move to Available for transfer, this is a really big issues for some sellers when the buyer pays Thursday through Sunday as the seller isn't going to get paid on these until the following week.  I very much respect this is an issue for some sellers.

I understand MP is new for you, but that is not true for all sellers as you state above.  Quite a few sellers new about it and new it was coming this year as Ebay has told us many times.  The application of it is a very hard change for many as it is such a big change.  And change is hard.  The bigger the change the harder the change.

MP isn't remotely like PP so that makes it even more difficult.  PP is a full wallet with all that it offers and MP is a basic money processing system.  A hard change to be sure.

Re: managed payments

when they say they don't deposit on holidays or weekends its because thats the way they have it set up its all done with a computer program believe me they could pay out every second of every day if they wanted to but that way they would'nt be able to use your money if they had to pay it out every day
