Someone got into my account and ordered £149.99 playstation digital and £159.99. No returns as digital. Ebay told me to get in touch with the bank and they will call me tomorrow 2/07/2024 to see what can be done. Will I get a refund? Who can help with this please? cheers in advance.

Contacting your bank is what you need to do. You can dispute the charges and would suggest you having them cancel that account number and reissue you a new number/account. Disputes can take some time and usually will end in your favor. YMMV The bigger headache IMHO is getting a new account number and making sure your auto payments reflect the new account.

Thats nonses.

My account was hacked 23.08.2024, Hacker order two items 400euros bill to my bank.

I take contact at-once to Ebay-uk, they return my account and help get my account back, after that

I select two-step verification every-internet sites.

Same times, smart Ebay lady said:

"So these items is not Yours order? Dont worry, dont take any contact to seller, dont do nothing"

So I didnt, After many phone-calls to UK, they give me nonses help-information, I Got only 50euros phone-bill.

Ofcource sellers items was tracking delivery codes, so I take contact to Fed-Ex, and they reply to me:

"Not even both tracking numbers wasnt to you, not address, not phone-number, anything-please take contact to police AND EBAY CUSTOMIZE SERVICE"!

So, again 12th times chat with ebay,

"Dont worry we will help You"

After 6h receive emai

"Seller provided that he has delivery items to Yours address"!! -CASE CLOSED-!!

So DONT NEVER BELIVE FAKE EBAY PROMISE " MONEY BACK GUARINTEED"

THATS FAKE, No I make crime-report to police and of-course UK's Scotland Yard

"HACKER WINS WITH FREND, AND EBAY COMMERCIAL FAKE MONEY BACK STUFF"
