is anyone else being asked to  repeatedly verify bank info its happening to me every few days. each time saying i cant have payouts till resolved.

Check to make sure your bank info matches the info on your ID/license exactly.

If your bank says John Smith while your license says John W. Smith then eBay will reject the bank. You'd have to edit the name on your bank account by adding the W. then resubmit bank info to eBay.

If that doesn't resolve your issue, you might want to connect with eBay Payments team CS. On the payments page (link) there's a question mark icon in the middle of the page on the right (overlapping the scroll bar) - click on that and you'll see an option to receive a call from payments CS.

Is your bank routing number only in your name?More than one name might be the problem.  And I basically sent a photo of my first page bank statement with the bank logo on it...Bank will make a copy for free.
