anyone else having problems with ebay not sending out payouts? I was supposed to have one last tuesday, I called ebay cust serv, and after being transferred, was told that some sellers are not getting their payouts, even though there are no 'blocks' or other problems with their accounts! something smells a bit fishy here.

The term, "last Tuesday" has always confused me. Do you mean the one that followed MLK Day ? Did that cause a delay?

No issues for me on my payouts.
It is kind of odd that eBay told you that "some sellers are not getting their payouts"...and that's it I would have thought that they would have some standard answer for this issue that would not leave the caller with more questions than answers.

It has been since Jan 4th since I have had a payment. I have tried 4 calls with 4 different CSR's and no solution yet.

Having this issue too. From what I've gathered, it's an issue related to the rollout of the new IRS policy requiring eBay to provide 1099-Ks for everyone making over $600 in sales on eBay in 2022. I spoke to a rep today who said the verification department is working to process the data and they gave me an estimated timeline of 5 business days for a resolution. Hoping it's sooner as I've been waiting for a payout since January 2nd.

I have not had my weekly payout since Januaty 4. They are holding a lot of my money!!

They have done it my account as well. I am getting 1099-k ( for last year)- so they have all my information. I talked to one rep and he told me my bank account was at risk and to call my bank. Total **bleep**-had the same bank account longer than an ebayer ( 19 years). There are NO holds- no messages from eBay. They even took $.30- yes thirty cents from my bank account for a return a couple days ago. Also told me I need to open up a new checking account!!!
I spoke with Sarah yesterday- and said she saw no reason why I wasn't getting paid- everything has been delivered/received except the day before sales. My feedback is ALL positive. Oh- on time delivery 99.2%.
No promised call back to day.
So what's going on- I'm not the only one- NUMEROUS posts with regards to this.

Sellers been reporting this for a while now. It has something to do with 600$ reporting and new year changes.
From what ive read its a bug that's affecting quite a few sellers.
Oh eBay and all the glitches 🙂
I am not USA seller so did not have any problems with payouts.

I'm having the same problem been selling and getting paid then all of a sudden they need bank info all over again. What a crock. Seems as though they have gone impersonal now and disconnected their customer help phone line now all you get is a generic robot recording, Must be they don't want to hear about it. All they care about now seems they just want to sit back and rake in all the astronomical fees. Someone please start up another auction site that's ran with integrity.

That is NOT the same problem as what this thread has been about. Certainly a problem, just not the same.
Sometimes Ebay does random security checks. If they require additional info from you, it is in your best interest to supply what they ask for as quickly as possible to help shorten the time they hold your funds.
What "astronomical fees"? 12.9% FVFs is not the highest on the internet and it isn't the lowest. But most if not all sites that charge less don't give you what Ebay offers either. So there is a trade off. While you can likely find a site that has less in fees, it is highly likely you would also have less in sales. So it is a personal choice for each of us to make on what is most important for us, lower fees or sales?

BTW, you shouldn't fight with Ebay on the info they have requested. That will only delay your money longer. The fastest way to resolve your issue is to give them the information requested.

Speaking about fees mine run about 15% when it's all said and done. And the fees on shipping should be illegal that's not money I can keep that's to ship the item not profit.
