and item and owe 165.00 for a lot I sold. 

It says I must pay Immediately.

however you held / are holding my funds.

You're a new seller, and you sold some expensive stuff, so yes, your money is being held. You'll have to come up with some other way to pay.

Be prepared to have the funds held on the other two transactions also, and be ready to pay the $360 in fees from those sales.

Since you're a new seller and the items sold for more then $1,000, they'll hold the funds for 21 days.

Even though they are holding the funds, they still want their share.
