Hi, I bought a product on ebay. And the product didn't come. I then contacted the seller and the seller asked the mail and informed me that the whereabouts of the product were unknown. And I started a refund because the product didn't show up at my address. There's a picture of the product not coming, and there's the seller's correspondence. But the money hasn't been in my account yet. How can you help?

The seller has three days to respond to the case, if he doesnt, ask Ebay to step in and they will force a refund.
