i have an item returning. There is a hold on my account. How do I pay for labels on newly sold items?

Selling fees.

I noticed that ebay charges a fee the moment an item sales (thus you make slightly less than you charge for), but I'm being charged a monthly selling fee too?

Hey ebay! We Don't Want Managed Payments!
