I need to give a partial refund or maybe a full refund but since we now have this TERRIBLE MANAGED PAYMENTS I can't figure out a way to do this. It was always easy on paypal. How do I give a partial refund?????????

High fees per sale AND shipping fees?

So, maybe I’m confused by lack of financial transparency. But it appears I’m paying shipping on all my own sales now as well as losing a quarter of each sale to eBay “fees”?
