What is going on with EBay???? Buyer claimed they paid but nothing coming through PayPal! It shows paid on the listing. Unable to get through to freakin eBay. This really sucks!

Payout method

I don’t like the new payout method. I sold two items on Feb. 14th and still haven’t received payment in my account. I really don’t feel comfortable shipping the items without payment.
