How to talk to a live support representative

I have a fraudulent charge on my ebay account and there is zero way to report it. I want to talk to a live representative but it seems like ebay only has garbage automated systems. Where can I call to talk to a live human?

How can I see what I’ve actually earned without having sales tax and shipping charges as in the 90 day total? Must I calculate this manually? Thanks.
