Anyone else having issues with payouts today?

Payout to debit card from sale usually arrives in minutes. Today it showed as sent but then changed to resent and now as processing and not sent. This all started hours ago. Anyone else having this problem?

After 22 years on eBay this is the first time I feel ripped off.

Follow me on this. I sold 300 Hot Wheels for $49.95. Ebay charged me $11 which in itself is way too high. So that leaves $38.95. Then took $5 for taxes. That's $35.95. I charged the buyer $24 for shipping. That's $59.95. I received $44.55 from eBay? ...
