Until the buyer pays, there's nothing to process.
If they don't pay, on the 5th day, cancel the order for nonpayment.

@oticameditronix Wait until the buyer pays for the items. sometimes it takes some days. If buyer didn't pay after all, you can cancel the order.

5 days after the end of the auction if it still says Awaiting Payment cancel the transaction choosing the reason " buyer didn't pay." Then put the dead-beat buyers on your blocked bidder list and relist the items.

Buyers have 4 days to pay. On day #5, the seller can cancel, citing "buyer did not pay" as the reason.
You need to cancel any transactions that have not been paid immediately.
Then, please, please take the time to read about selling on eBay, especially the instructions about what to do about non-paying bidders.

You really should not be giving advice that is incorrect. There is a deadline for buyers to pay and a limited time in which sellers can cancel in order to be refunded their fees.

They really should have some feedback for buying and selling and gain experience before they try to be helpful.
