Upload company document

Hello,

I am a seller from Bulgaria. I sell in eBay more than 10 years. Now, I am almost done with the registration of  "ebay manage payments". However, ebay wants from me a prove that my company is real. I have to upload some document with the following information:

1. legal entity name
2. registered country
3. registration number or a tax ID
4. type of legal entity, such as corporation

I have uploaded documents several times but ebay has not approved non of them.
I would like to ask for an advice what document I have to upload?
Which institution has to issue it?
Does it have to be on English?
Does it have to have stamp and signature?

Please help me to resolve this problem.

They need your Unified Civil Number and Certificate of Fiscal Residence.  They need whatever documents you have that provide proof on your business paying taxes to the government of Bulgaria.  It can be in your language.  They will cross check and make sure everything is legtimate.

I forgot to clear that I am a private company seller. I have a company with valid VAT number.

This is not about VAT tax, this is income tax.   Do you include eBay sales when you pay your taxes?

If you are attempting to upload your documents as PDF's, try taking screen caps of them and uploading as .jpg files instead. Some folks have reported here that eBays uploads are choking on PDF's, showing successful uploads, but not actually delivering them.

we issue a commercial Invoice for every sell from ebay.

Something does not match.  If I look at your items for sale page it says you're located in the UK but your feedback page says Bulgaria.  Try to update your personal info so everything matches.

Dear all,

Thank you very much for your attention.
The mystery has been solved. In Bulgaria we have Tax number with name Bulstat and VAT number(valid in all EU). I have filled my VAT number in the company information. However, after consulting with ebay, they told me to fill in the Bulstat, not the VAT number in the company details. That's how it happened.
