One of my accounts just received the invitation to update my information to enroll in Managed Payments. Anyone know how long they give you before you are shut out of selling? Between the holidays, unhappy customers looking for their packages, new orders, bank lobby closed for Covid again so I can't open a new account in person, this was really bad timing.

Not sure of the timing, but one day soon you won't be able to to list or revise listings and suddenly you will stop getting paid for your sales. So you don't want to wait too long. With most banks and credit unions, it is possible to open an account online. Just make sure your names match exactly on eBay and the checking account.

What date do they give you to sign up by?
It'll be shortly after that date.

Your eBay message gives no indication of the deadline?
I received my notice on Nov 10, with the offer of a small coupon if I signed up by Dec 1.
The body of the message stated that I must sign up by Dec 31.

My notice had no date.

My notice had no date, no special offer, and actually didn't even use the term Managed Payments.

Hope it's not too soon! I've opened my personal accounts online, but can't open a business account online, at least not at the bank I need to use.
