Transaction rate fined for how long

My Seller transaction rate has improved to below 2% for the last 2 months. I am still being fined an extra 5%.   How much longer will I be fined if it stays below 2%?

Keep a CLOSE watch on your Seller Dashboard.  That will inform you if you are getting closer to getting out of the hole you got yourself into.  You need to bring your account up to STANDARD from Below Standard.

You do this by doing what you can to NOT repeat whatever got you into this pickle in the first place.  On your Dashboard you can see which section or sections you got yourself into trouble.  Look at it and tell us in what sections you are having problems in.

The quickest and best way to work yourself out of this as fast as possible is to dilute the numbers.  Which means increase your number of sales as much as you can.

Run sales, clean out the closets and sell off what you can that you think will move fast, whatever stock sells well for you, get more of and try to sell them, sell inexpensive items too, whatever you can think of to increase you number of transactions is a good idea.  While keeping up with your customer service or uploading tracking or whatever caused you the problem in the first place.

If you stay BELOW Standard you will continue to have the penalty fees for however long you are Below Standard.  1Month, 1 year, 2 years, etc.  You have to get back to STANDARD for the penalty fees to stop.

I'm not positive, but it may be a year.  Ebay tends to do things in year spans.  They didn't tell you?

If you are Below Standard, then you are going to be charged additional fees as long as you are below standard. You need to get back to Above Standard (the next level) to get out of this.

It's not a fine. It's a fee. You need to accept that you are being charged additional fees because you're not meeting minimal standards.

I was rated last month as if measured as of 12/20/21 I was above Standard. Exactly how many months do I have to be measured above standard until Ebay changes my account back to above standard?   I am starting into moth 2.

As @divwido mentions, there's a 12-month 'lookback' period.
