Store Fees

What is going on with Ebay and store fees! I have had to contact them a handful of times as apparently they are charging me the store fee of $4.95  as normally would and also I have noticed they also deduct an additional $4.95 from a payout as well.  This has happened to me more than once and its like double dipping.  Ever since they made me so managed payments I have had nothing but problems with Ebay.  This and more must be going wrong with their Tech dept. bc on several occasions I can't even contact them as they seem to be shut down and tell me to try later or tomorrow.  UGH so frustrating

@myattictreasuresforsale   Sorry that you are having problems with double billing.  😞 

The option to request a call back for MP is turned off when the queue is full.  It's best to call them early in the day, they open at 5am PT.  

UGH.... I just noticed that my promoted listing fees are being deducted from MP payout and from the credit I had on my seller account too.

Thank you and sorry that is happening to you as well. I have spoken to managed payments this month bc I wasn't able to post anything until the 22nd as it kept asking me to sign up for managed payments when I already did it back in Oct. so they finally straightened that out for me after 3 wks.  However then I noticed they have also been double billing me for my store for last two months. I feel like I am trying to reach out to them a few times a wk now.  I never have done promoted listings as wasn't sure if its worth it. Apparently won't be considering that now either as they are messing that fee up as well.  I am wondering how many ppl this is happening too and so many ppl aren't catching it.  I am considering freezing my store or closing it until they can figure out their glitches.  IDK 😞

@myattictreasuresforsale   I only use promoted listings because of the $30 per quarter TRS credit, otherwise I wouldn't.    I never use more than my credit.   I hope that they get the kinks worked out soon

Ever notice how the mistakes or glitches always seem to work in their favor? Never heard of anyone getting undercharged on eBay. HUMMM

Good catch, yes they always win and I was OK living with that but changes like Seller Hub, MP and cumbersome listing details and fields which do not make any sense truly took a toll on me.

I would not mind change, given it is for better but Ebay thinks otherwise. I like simplicity and ease of use while Ebay is constantly introducing more complexity.
