To enroll in Spendable Funds am I required to enter sensitive information such as SSN and checking account details?

Ebay already has your social security number and checking account details. If they don't and you sold something, I guarantee you that you will NOT get a penny from that sale into you sign into MANAGED PAYMENTS.   All sellers must do this.  Now, please do not come back here and tell us that you don't feel comfortable doing that.  We ALL did that already months and some years ago.

Your feedback says Texas.  Why do your Pokemon cards take at least 18 business days for delivery but not the card saver?  Are the cards located in the USA?

Sounds like you didn’t sign up for managed payments. Your SS# is required for the IRS your checking account is required to send your payouts. Once those are taken care of then you can apply for spendable funds.

The OP has a 15 day handing time on the cards. Not many people would want to wait that long. IMO

Yep, especially since free carrier pickup can be scheduled for the next day.

eBay will guide you through the verification process when you enroll in Spendable Funds. eBay may require you to confirm certain details such as your identity and bank information.

Spendable funds just grayed out today, grrrrrrr.

Been using it since it started and today it just grays out and not usable.
