Go back in to the shipping label and cancel the shipping label. Then go back in to printing a new label, and change the weight to 7 pounds. Check your dimensions too.
Are you a seller or buyer with a return? What service are you using, IE; USPS flat rate, priority or ? If flat rate and shipping to USA, the weight really should not matter as 7 LBS would be under the max for size of package.
