How do I get my shipping payment from eBay?? I sold an item and they only gave my the money for the item and no shipping cost. Are they taking the shipping money or give it to you later in your bank??

It is automatic that you get your shipping money from ebay.
If you are still on paypal, don't forget that paypal took 2.9% + .30 before the money went into your paypal account.
If you are on managed payments, ebay took their 12.35% + .30 payment before the money went into your ebay managed payments account.

You do not need to wait for the funds to hit your bank (and probably should not wait, given how many days may go by before that happens). Once eBay tells you that the funds have been received from the buyer and it's time to ship, you can print your Shipping label on-line through eBay, and the payment can be drawn from the pending funds.
(The Shipping form offers payment options at the bottom, left side: You can pay for the label from your PayPal account or from the pending funds of the sale that eBay has now received.)

With MANAGED PAYMENTS Ebay deducts shipping costs and EBAY fees (you get whatever is leftover). Shipping fees pays for label (does not go to Seller).
Managed Payments bookkeeping is setup different than PayPal (money is all there...just very confusing).

Are you sure that eBay retains the shipping that the buyer paid? Do you have a link to this?

I get my labels from Post Office for Free and write my own labels. I just want the money that the buyer paid me for shipping that I took out of my pocket to pay for shippping.

They have the shipping paid from my buyer. eBay is just paying me for the item I sold minus their charges and not giving me the shipping cost back.

I sold a $15.00 item plus $7.00 shipping that the buyer paid and eBay put $13.52 in my checking account. Do you see that I am not getting my shipping cost? Can you tell me what to do to get my shipping cost from eBay?

Yes, eBay will pass along the money you charged your buyers for postage. Check the Payments tab in your Seller Hub.
