My account was restricted indefinitely for reasons I am not aware of.  I’m trying to reach Customer  service to explain what has happened. They refer me to a message sent years ago which I don’t have.  Can anyone give me a CS number so I can talk to someone

I Have had the same issue when I had a scammer trying to buy something from me and i got restricted there is no one to reach At eBay to rectify such problems...
