Repay a refund

A couple of weeks back I won an item & it was sent out, I never recieved it but the seller said they'd give me a refund which they did, about 2 weeks later it turned up. I contacted the seller & they said to just repay them with their email that'll be in the paypal invoice, I looked at my Paypal invoice & their email isn't there, it just said refunded by eBay. Is there another way? I asked if they can send me an invoice but I assume that because their email address isn't coming up on PayPal then mines won't either (but I could be wrong).

Is there anything I can do?

Almost impossible to exchange contact information on eBay any more. The seller may be able to share his phone number with you but, if not, you can always use snail mail. Send a check or MO.
