I opened the  request i didn't receive the item later The seller refund me 26 march but still today i didn't receive my refund

I don't know how it works where you are, but in the US, it takes a few days for a credit to show up on your debit/credit card. Too soon, maybe?

In Pakistan today is 10th day and no refund how i contact with ebay about my issue kindly guide me please Thanks

The best eBay customer service can be reached beginning with a message (NOT A POST) on the eBay facebook page.

If you used a credit card, call to ask how long it takes for them to process a refund.

Also @knifeking753-4 , if you used a credit card, the credit shows on your c.c. account, not on ebay.

Call the number on the back of your debit card. They can answer your questions, but eBay can't.

I talked with my bank they said you need to talk with Ebay we can't do anything
