Like a seller how do I cancel an order? The buyer wants to cancel but I have to pay the fee

If you cancel at Buyer Request, and the buyer has already paid, you only pay the 30c non-refundable Paypal or Managed Payments fees. The rest is returned to your customer.

Ditto with Problem with Address cancellations,

If the buyer has not paid yet, no fees have been taken and none need be refunded.
