One of my Canadian customers' claimes that she hasn't received the refund to her credit card from my PayPal.Why is that , is there any restriction in Canada , and what should I do?

Not a lot that you can do. Check your PayPal account and make sure that the refund shows and is not being held up for lack of funds. The total refund amount has to be in your PP account for the refund to process. They will not pull $ from your bank account to complete a refund. You would need to add funds manually if more is needed.
Other than that, it can take up to 7 business days for the refund to show up on the buyers CC account. Sometimes even longer.

Maybe his bank is holding rerefund or not supporting his bank to get money from other banks..say him to ask from bank...and this transaction get 7-20 business days.

Hi, the amount has been already deducted from PP, and also, it is clearly showing in my account, but the customer has claimed that she paid via a credit card, and the funds still not credited. So thanks, I will ask my customer to wait a few more days.
